How to Reserve
- Reservations must be made per delegation (country).
- Reservation email addresses, IDs, and passwords will be provided to each Representative of National Delegations and Athlete Delegation Liaison.
- Please make reservations through the Representatives of National Delegations or the Athlete Delegation Liaison.
- For same-day or urgent reservations, please visit the Delegation Information Desk (Centre Building, 1st Floor, Room 102 Entrance).
- Reservations are made in 30-minute slots (1 unit), and each booking may include up to 4 hours (8 slots).

Athletes Interaction Area
Athletes Communication Lounge
A lounge will be set up where athletes can interact with each other and enjoy activities such as public viewing and experiencing traditional Japanese activities (e.g., ORIGAMI).
Inside the lounge, various booths will be set up, including a promotion of Sento (public bathhouses), one of Tokyo's traditional cultural practices dating back to the Edo period, and a reception desk for Tokyo sightseeing tour departing from and returning to Deaflympics Square.

OMOTENASHI Area
As a hospitality and interaction space for athletes, ENNICHI (a traditional Japanese festival) will be held where participants can experience Japanese culture.

Tokyo Sightseeing Tour ※For Overseas Delegations
Sightseeing tours will visit Tokyo attractions such as Asakusa, Tokyo Tower, and Tokyo Skytree, offering a visually enjoyable experience. Tour reception will take place at the International Exchange Building, 1st Floor, Exchange Lounge. We look forward to your participation!

Japanese Culture Experience Programme (ORIGAMI)
Participants can experience making traditional Japanese ORIGAMI while receiving guidance from instructors and staff at your own pace. You are welcome to take your finished creations home, so please feel free to stop by and enjoy the activity.

WELCOME! SENTO - Traditional Japanese Bathhouses
Many Sento (public bathhouses) are still operating in Tokyo today, and large numbers of people enjoy these traditional Japanese bathhouses every day.
Currently, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Sento Association are collaborating on the WELCOME! SENTO campaign. This initiative includes setting up Tourist-Friendly Sento that support multiple languages and cashless payments so that visitors from overseas can easily enjoy them, as well as providing special "Athletes' Baths" during the Deaflympics, among various other efforts.
At this booth, these initiatives will be introduced, and free admission tickets for Sento (public bathhouses) will be distributed. We encourage you to take this opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese public bathhouses.

Cultural Experience Area
At Oukatei, you can enjoy hands-on experiences of traditional Edo/Tokyo arts and culture, including Sado (Tea Ceremony), Kimono Dressing, and Ikebana (Flower Arrangement) .
Sado (Tea Ceremony)
A demonstration of matcha preparation will be conducted, followed by a tea session serving matcha and Japanese sweets.

Kimono Dressing
Participants will receive a brief explanation about kimono and dressing techniques before trying on a kimono themselves. After putting on the kimono, you can stroll around the Deaflympics Square and enjoy taking photos.

Ikebana (Flower Arrangement)
Participants can experience arranging flowers, branches, leaves, and other natural materials in vases or containers to create beautiful floral expressions.

Digital Technology Exhibition / Experience Programme (Miru Tech)
The programme "Miru Tech" will feature a variety of exhibitions and interactive experiences utilizing digital technologies such as Universal Communication (UC) technology.
Visitors can experience various technologies, including those that display spoken or typed input on transparent displays, technologies that convert sign language into text, and digital technologies that convert vibrations into sound or light.

Tokyo Tourist Information Center
"Tokyo Tourist Information Center" operates at five locations across Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Busta Shinjuku, Haneda Airport, Keisei Ueno, and Tama) to provide tourist information to visitors from both Japan and abroad.
Tokyo Tourist Information Center will have a booth at the Deaflympics Square this time to offer tourist guidance. Along with brochures, we have prepared various content for visitors to enjoy. Novelty items will also be available for those who come to the booth.

Anime Tokyo Station
"Anime Tokyo Station" (Ikebukuro, Tokyo) is a hub that promotes the appeal of Japanese anime culture both domestically and internationally. It features special exhibitions where visitors can experience the worlds of popular anime works, as well as permanent exhibits that allow learning about the anime production process through valuable archival materials.
"Anime Tokyo Station" will have a booth at Deaflympics Square this time, presenting exhibitions of famous anime! Standing panels of characters and an experience corner using AR technology will be set up.

A café space is available for athletes and visitors to rest and enjoy demonstrations of Universal Communication (UC) technologies. Coffee will also be provided by sponsor companies.

Photo Spot
Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics is the first Deaflympics held in Japan and marks the 100th anniversary since the first Games.

Stamp Collecting
A "Stamp Collecting" will be held where visitors search for and collect stamps set up within Deaflympics Square! Visitors who complete the stamp collecting will receive a novelty gift.

Together for Recovery : Support for Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima and Ishikawa
Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, and Ishikawa prefectures were affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Overcoming difficulties, these four prefectures are making strong progress toward recovery. To convey their appeal, we will offer opportunities to "see, taste, and experience" their charm through exhibitions of traditional crafts, distribution of local products, and workshops.

TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS Support Team Mascot Greeting
To encourage widespread support for the TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS and foster familiarity with the Games, "TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS Support Team" has been formed, consisting of mascots from various local governments and organizations. Some of these mascots will appear at Deaflympics Square! The TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS official mascot "Yuriito" will also make appearances!
