Emergency Response Measures
Be Prepared for Emergencies
- Please check the evacuation routes at each accommodation facility.
- Teams that have made accommodation reservations through the official travel agency have been requested to submit the "Emergency Consent Form". In the event of emergencies such as earthquakes or fires staff may enter guest rooms to ensure safety.
- The video below (Tokyo Fire Department official channel) demonstrates evacuation procedures in case of a fire. Please take a look.

The Accommodation Guide provides essential information on accommodation reservations, including reservation schedules, payment of accommodation fees, and cancellation policies. It also includes details on services such as dining and laundry.
Delegations that have already submitted the Accommodation Request Form are encouraged to review the new Accommodation Guide, as some of its contents have been updated.
Delegations that have not yet completed their accommodation reservation are kindly requested to submit the Accommodation Request Form via the Accommodation Management System AMARYS by Friday, 31 January 2025.
