For deaf athletes, Deaflympics is the pinnacle of the sport competitions. It will also be the stage of my life's greatest asset. That's why I have devoted more than half of my life to table tennis. I have competed in four consecutive Deaflympics and won the Silver and Bronze medals, so I will definitely win my first Gold medal in TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS.
Our societies are made up of diverse people. The most important thing is to embrace individual differences. I hope that the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics will lead to the realisation of a society in which everyone can live happily, regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
And I also hope that through the Medal Design voting, we all can help spread the 'Deaf Sport', which is for people who are deaf or heard of hearing, in sports for the people with disabilities and the Deaflympics. Please come and watch our Games with your family or friends and support us.

The Deaflympics gave me a dream. The Deaflympics give deaf athletes hope and goals; we can compete for medals on the world stage even if we are deaf or heard of hearing.
I'm very happy that 100th anniversary Deaflympics will be held in Japan (Tokyo). I hope that many people to come to the venues and watch the enthusiastic performances of the deaf athletes. And also, I will do my best to win the Gold medal in the volleyball competition. I would like to perform so that I can give all our supporters courage and move their hearts.
Even tough we have hearing impairments, we all do our best in sports same as non-deaf athletes, keep challenging to reach the big goal: the Deaflympics. At the Deaflympics, where sign languages are the main language, you may not hear any call-out or cheering sounds to the athletes, but all of your support will be our great power. Please support all the athletes.

For us, Deaflympics is a fascinating dream stage and the only place where we can shine with deafness as assets. The Deaflympics is a great opportunity to give impressions, courage, dreams and hopes to many people with deaf athletes through various deaf sports.
TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS will be a once-in-a-lifetime home Deaflympics. We will be proud of ourselves as Japan National team members and take up the challenge of reaching our full potential to show what we have achieved so far. Our goal is to become a Deaflympics football champion and win the brightest Gold medals. We would like to return the favour to our families and people who have supported us and contribute to making the TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS resonate with people and inspire them as much as possible, regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
For some people, it might be the first time to see sign languages. We hope that TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS will be an opportunity for people to feel familiar with sign languages, to think about what they can do to communicate with and support the deaf people and put them into practice during the Games time. Imagine if you were deaf. What would be difficult for you ? What would you be worried about? Being considerate and thoughtful of others in our daily lives is very important. We believe that sports has power to make everyone get involved and excited regardless whether you are deaf, hard of hearing or not. Let's work together to create an inclusive society where diverse group of people can live together through sports.
