About Interview Booth Reservation System
Interview booths exclusively for the media are available at Deaflympics Square.
- Interview booths are Rooms 106 and 109 in the Media Centre.
- The interview booth is equipped with the following: 1 backdrop panel, 5 tables, 14 chairs, 1 full-length mirror, 2 communication boards
- Please refer to page 45 of the Media Guide for details.

Use of the Interview Booths
The reservation and use of the Interview Booths have ended.
- Interview booths are only available to individuals with Media ID Cards.
- The ID and password for the interview booth reservation system were sent via email.
- For companies/organizations, the ID and password were sent to the person responsible for Media ID Card application. For individuals applying for a Media ID Card, the ID and password were sent directly to the applicant.
Notes for Reserving the Interview Booths
Once registered, the applicant cannot cancel or modify the interview booth reservation. To request cancelation or change of content, please contact the number listed at the end of this notice.
Notes for Using Interview Booths
- Before using the interview booths, please sign in and submit a business card at the media desk.
- Please inform staff at the media desk when you have finished. If you have moved any equipment, desks, or chairs, please return them to their original locations. We appreciate your cooperation in restoring the booths to their original condition.
