The Games Foundation Plan has been formulated by the Japanese Federation of the Deaf, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and Tokyo Sport Benefits Corporation.
In addition to the vision for the Games, which was published in August 2023, it describes the work for supporting the Games, including the operation of events and venues, as well as the preparations required for holding the Games and our thinking behind the level of service that will be provided.
