On Tuesday, 29 July 2025, the draw and confirmation of groupings for team sports - basketball, football, handball, and volleyball - at the TOKYO 2025 DEAFLYMPICS, organised by the ICSD (International Committee of Sports for the Deaf), took place.

The results of the draw are as follows.
